AT&T CEO John Stankey: We Feel Really Good About Where We Are

AT&T has been making some big changes lately, CEO John Stankey

On a recent earnings call, John Stankey, CEO of AT&T talked about the company’s recent moves and how he feels about the future.

“We feel really good about where we are,” Stankey said. “We've made a lot of progress in the last year, and we're starting to see the benefits of our efforts.”

AT&T has been focusing on three main areas:

1. Investing in its network
2. Improving customer service
3. Expanding its 5G coverage

Stankey said that the company is seeing strong growth in its fiber business, and that it is on track to reach its goal of covering 30 million homes and businesses with fiber by the end of the year.

He also said that the company is making progress in improving customer service, and that it has seen a decrease in complaints.
